Want to join the leader in AI-powered data security?

The Cohesity North Region marketing team is on a mission to drive net-new logo growth by building demand generation, channel partnerships, and CxO relationships in markets where the opportunity is outpacing current investment. It's a highly dynamic, creative, and fun team; one that shares openly and works together, pooling the best ideas and practices from across each of our regions.

At Cohesity, we are offering a unique opportunity for a self-starter with a consistent track record of channel marketing, field marketing, and demand generation to join our team as a Channel & Field Marketing Manager.

As a Channel & Field Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in owning field marketing execution across Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg), with a strong focus on the Netherlands, while also building channel partner relationships across the region.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

  • Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns (email, social, digital, events, partner co-marketing) with a strong ABM lens, across Benelux
  • Tier target accounts and personalize engagement for strategic and net-new-logo prospects, managing the full lead lifecycle from segmentation through sales handoff and pipeline tracking
  • Work closely with sales and leverage data insights to identify in-market accounts, with a particular focus on surfacing net-new logo opportunities in the Netherlands
  • Build and manage executive-level engagement programs; briefings, roundtables, and advisory-style touchpoints; with CIO/CISO-level buyers across Benelux
  • Build and own channel partner relationships across the region, with a strong focus on growing and maturing the Netherlands partner ecosystem
  • Align channel marketing plans with sales priorities and net-new logo targets
  • Execute co-branded marketing programs, partner campaigns, and enablement/training initiatives
  • Be on-site with Benelux partners as needed to support alignment, execution, and enablement, even though the role itself is remote
  • Plan and manage field events, including partner events, executive roundtables, and industry trade shows, with a strong focus on Netherlands market presence and visibility
  • Support regional campaigns to drive awareness and demand generation
  • Work closely with the global team on webinars, email, and campaign content, adapting and localizing global assets for effective use in the region; knowing what to localize, what to reframe, and what won't land as-is
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams on event logistics, promotion, and follow-up
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across channels, with visibility into ABM account progression and net-new logo conversion, measured as success in this role
  • Work closely with sales, SDR, marketing operations, presales, and partner teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution
  • Travel regularly across Benelux to support partners and events on the ground

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING

  • Proven experience in both channel marketing and field marketing; this role requires strength in both, not just one
  • Ideally, a background in ABM or vertical marketing
  • Strong business acumen, with a genuine understanding of the Benelux region business landscape
  • Experience building executive-level engagement programs with CIO/CISO-level buyers
  • A track record of building and maturing channel partner ecosystems, including co-branded programs and partner enablement
  • Experience planning and managing field events, trade shows, and executive roundtables
  • Experience managing the full lead lifecycle from segmentation through sales handoff
  • Experience adapting or localizing centrally-produced marketing content for regional use
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking campaign performance and ABM/net-new-logo conversion metrics
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and how it can be applied to marketing
  • Clear communication skills, able to convey plans, results, and insights to stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior stakeholders and sales leaders
  • A true self-starter who takes ownership of the business plan for their region
  • Highly channel-sensitive; genuinely understands how to build with, not just around, partners
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across sales, marketing operations, presales, and partner teams
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys sharing ideas and best practices across regions
  • Willingness and flexibility to be on-site with Benelux partners when needed, despite the role being remote
