• -Maintain physical progress against baseline schedules under tight deadlines.

Experience you need

• -Deep expertise in substructure works, piling, and reinforced concrete.
• -Data Centre, Industrial, Infra, Advanced Manufacturing or Semiconductor projects
• -Experience from Tier 1/2 contractors, civil or infrastructure

Nice to have / Bonus

• -Certified Lifting Supervisor status with valid CIDB Green Card.
• -Hands-on proficiency using Navisworks for on-site BIM clash resolution.

• -Highly practical builder skilled at resolving Soil Investigation discrepancies.
