Key Responsibilities

Commercial Activities

Track and support new customer, product, and process development initiatives
Drive growth projects and support marketing efforts to identify new segments and opportunities
Coordinate and help deploy sustainability-related activities
Act as Single Point of Accountability (SPA) for selected sales & marketing tasks
Monitor contracts, compliance, and commercial documentation

Customer Service Activities

Participate in customer service brainstorming and problem‑solving sessions
Provide support in issue resolution and customer communication
Join process improvement meetings, testing, and workflow optimization
Support additional tasks as required by the team and aligned with company policies
Get familiar with the order entry system/process
