Computershare have a very exciting opportunity for an EUC Engineer to join the team. You will be part of a team that designs, builds, supports, and evolves the collaboration platforms that keep Computershare's global workforce connected and productive.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Copilot, and associated governance and automation capabilities.

A role you will love
This role combines engineering delivery, advanced operational support, platform improvement, automation, security, and user-focused service development across cloud and hybrid environments.
Other key responsibilities include
- Run and optimise Microsoft 365 collaboration services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), focusing on governance, security, user experience, and service reliability.
- Deliver automation, modernisation, and self-service solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, and Azure Automation.
- Support Copilot, migrations, integrations, and Microsoft Purview compliance capabilities across the M365 estate.
- Provide technical expertise for incident resolution, service improvements, documentation, and change management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable collaboration services and evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies.

- You will be analytical, collaborative, customer-focused, organised, and interested in using modern technologies to simplify services and improve employee experience.
Other key skills required for the role include
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, or related collaboration services.
- Experience using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and automation technologies to support engineering and operational activities.
- Understanding of Entra ID, authentication, permissions management, external collaboration, and Microsoft 365 security fundamentals.
- Experience supporting platform enhancements, migrations, integrations, incidents, changes, or service improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, information governance, retention, data protection, auditing, and compliance concepts.
