This program is not about whether you already know Growth, Product, Operations, etc. We do not care. What we care about is raw intelligence, judgment, and a bias toward building real things.

The specific skills can be taught quickly. The underlying hardware cannot.

What You’ll Do

• Get hands on experience across our departments, directly contributing to key projects.
• Within each department, you’ll be on a general rotation across a few major functions
• For example, for growth this includes, but is not limited to Lifecycle, Product, Marketing, Paid media, Organic
• You’ll report into the functional leaders and learn by doing, on the job
• You’ll be expected to learn the tools of the job as you go (e.g Meta ads manager, Braze for lifecycle, Omni/Amplitude for data, amongst other things)
• You’ll often work cross functionally

What We’re Looking For

You’ll need to be impeccably sharp and omnitalented - context switching across multiple functions

You DON'T need any experience. That's a plus - what we’re really looking for is the correct raw ingredients (intelligence / agency)

You’ll bear the existential weight of the company as much as the founders & early employees.

If you’re the right fit - you’ll love every moment of it.

You studied math/physics/chem deeply or are a gifted writer. It's a proxy for general raw ability.
