About The Role

Maintain and improve the laboratory Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
Manage quality documentation including SOPs, test methods, work instructions, records, and controlled documents.
Coordinate internal audits, corrective actions, proficiency testing, method validation, and measurement uncertainty studies.
Support accreditation activities and ensure compliance with ISO 17025 and customer requirements.
Perform and supervise petroleum testing, lube oil and transformer oil testing in accordance with ASTM, IEC, and ISO standards.
Review analytical data, validate test results, and authorize laboratory reports.
Ensure adherence to laboratory safety, quality control, and good laboratory practices.
Manage laboratory consumables, reference materials, equipment calibration, and maintenance activities.
Support customer technical inquiries, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry or related discipline.
ISO/IEC 17025 Internal Auditor Certificate
Minimum 5 years of experience in an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory.
Hands-on experience in lubricant analysis, transformer oil testing or petroleum testing laboratories.
Strong knowledge of ISO 17025, ASTM, IEC methods and laboratory quality assurance practices.
Good communication and documentation skills.
