About the Role

As a Business Service Technician, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our facilities. From carrying out minor repairs and maintaining the building to ensuring our kitchens are clean, stocked, and ready for use, you’ll help create a workplace where everything functions efficiently.

This is a practical, hands-on role with plenty of variety. You’ll work independently, take ownership of your tasks, and become a trusted colleague that others rely on when something needs fixing, moving, or organising.

Facility Support

  • Carry out minor repairs and practical maintenance tasks around the building.
  • Set up and move furniture and equipment as required.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance of facilities and common areas.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor faults and maintenance issues.
  • Assist with internal office moves and workspace changes.
  • Support colleagues with a variety of practical ad hoc tasks.
  • Clean and maintain coffee machines.
  • Refill coffee, milk, and other consumables.
  • Ensure coffee kitchen areas are clean, tidy, well-stocked, and ready for use.
  • Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Resolve minor coffee machine issues and coordinate service when required.

Essential Qualifications

  • Holds a valid Category B driving licence.
  • Has a valid work permit and is legally authorised to work in Denmark.
  • Able to communicate confidently in Danish and English.
  • Experience in facility services, property maintenance, handyman work, internal services, or a similar practical role is an advantage.
  • Hands-on and practically minded with a proactive approach.
  • Works independently and takes initiative when something needs attention.
  • Reliable, responsible, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Service-minded with a positive attitude towards colleagues and visitors.
  • Well organised with an eye for order, quality, and detail.
  • Flexible and enjoys a varied working day.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience from an office, industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environment.
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance or technical installations.
  • Experience supporting workplace services or internal facility operations.
