As a Merchant Documentation Quality Specialist , you’ll step into an exciting opportunity to grow within Nexi while contributing to our mission of redefining digital payments. Based in Kielce , you’ll collaborate with a team that is driving innovation and delivering exceptional solutions to our customers.

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will

  • Verify and prepare sales documentation, including agreements, amendments, and other documents required to activate services.
  • Support and coordinate identity verification processes, including data entry and document validation, monitoring process stages, reporting irregularities, and cooperating with Acquirers and Marketplace partners.
  • Authorize documents within the scope of granted powers of attorney and support account activation and the implementation of new payment methods.
  • Work with internal systems and analytical platforms, participate in technical implementations and onboarding activities for key clients.
  • Coordinate document registration and workflow processes, including tracking documentation stages, managing signature processes, and maintaining initial document archiving.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of operational documentation and records.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using operational systems and office tools, including a good command of MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Good understanding of operational processes and document workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting processes and experience in verifying the accuracy and completeness of documents.
