As a Life Cycle Solution Engineer, you play a key role in developing service solutions that improve system performance, reliability, and operational excellence while building long-term customer partnerships.

Your role

In you role, you develop and sell service solutions that help customers maximize the performance, reliability, and value of their warehouse automation systems throughout their life cycle.

Working closely with Sales, Service, and Operations teams, you translate customer needs into tailored service agreements and life cycle solutions. You act as a trusted advisor, combining technical expertise with commercial insight to create long-term customer value.

What you will do?

• Develop tailored service and life cycle solutions for new and existing customers
• Design and propose maintenance contracts, resident services, spare parts strategies, and modernization solutions
• Analyze customer operations and identify opportunities to improve system performance and reliability
• Build compelling business cases and commercially attractive proposals
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Engineering, and Finance teams to create customer-focused solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor during customer meetings, workshops, and presentations
• Ensure a smooth handover of sold solutions to Service and Operations teams

What you bring?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 2+ years of experience in a (technical-) commercial role, preferably within service, maintenance, automation, or intralogistics; our focus is on consultative selling
• Affinity with life cycle management, service solutions, and operational improvement
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Commercial awareness and the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value
• Fluent in English
• Willing to travel internationally (~4 days per month)

• What you can look forward to?
• This position offers a monthly salary range starting from €4,300 up to €4,900. When performance expectations are exceeded, there is even the opportunity to grow beyond this scale.
