Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position Type: Full-Time

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits

Job Summary

This remote LCSW position offers a steady weekday schedule and the opportunity to provide therapy to clients from a private home office. In this role, you will meet with clients virtually, help them work through mental health concerns, and guide treatment in a way that feels clear, manageable, and clinically appropriate.

Your work will include assessments, therapy sessions, treatment plan updates, progress notes, and safety planning when needed. This is a strong fit for a clinician who can balance independent clinical judgment with a calm, professional presence in virtual sessions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through scheduled telehealth sessions
• Provide individual therapy based on client concerns and treatment goals
• Complete intake assessments and ongoing clinical reviews
• Create and update treatment plans
• Support clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, and stress management
• Document all sessions accurately and on time
• Assess risk and follow proper protocols for safety concerns
• Maintain ethical standards and client confidentiality

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Indiana
• Previous clinical therapy experience required
• Experience with telehealth services preferred
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
