About The Role
岗位职责 审核、谈判GPU/算力租赁/云服务采购合同 识别交付、价格、出口管制等核心风险，设计条款缓释 处理履约争议，建立合同模板库 为采购、技术部门提供法律支持 任职要求 5年以上法务/律所经验，2年以上科技/半导体/云计算行业采购合同经验 熟悉GPU市场、算力商业模式、数据中心运营 精通中英文，能独立谈判英文合同 理解技术参数（集群配置、SLA、PUE等），能转化为法律条款 熟悉国际贸易合规（EAR/制裁法）优先 有NVIDIA/云厂商等谈判经验优先
