Job Title: Senior Analyst, Business Process Management (I6)

Business Lead - Manufacturing Operations

We're hiring a Business Lead to join our Manufacturing Operations team in Cork. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be at the centre of daily production, keeping things running and making sure your cell delivers.

What you’ll achieve

As a Business Lead in Manufacturing Operations, you will keep the production floor running smoothly by making sure the right people and resources are in the right place to hit daily output targets. You will work closely with manufacturing teams, stakeholders, and support functions to remove roadblocks, keep things moving, and make sure everyone is on the same page.

You will

• Plan and coordinate resources across your manufacturing cell to make sure daily output targets are met
• Make sure the people, materials, and inputs needed to keep production running are lined up and ready to go
• Keep other cells, leadership, and key forums informed on progress, issues, and priorities
• Lead the team day-to-day — setting direction, solving problems, and driving accountability
• Spot issues early, flag them quickly, and work with the right people to get things back on track

Essential Requirements

• 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or similar)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Strong organisational skills — you can juggle multiple priorities and keep things on track
• Clear, confident communicator who can work across teams and talk to all levels of the business
• A natural leader who can motivate and guide a team

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
• Familiarity with production planning tools or shop floor systems
• Willingness and ability to work shift patterns to support production demands
