• Average PMI (last 6 months)/PMS rating 3 and above
• Min 1 year in current role
• No Warning Letter issued in the past 3 months
• E-learning mandatory courses certified wherever applicable

Under Graduate/Graduate

• Banking - Sales Domain
• i) Minimum 1 year of experience with Digitide
• ii) No Warning letter on performance / behavioural issues in last 6 months
• iii) Average PMI for last 6 months to be =>3
• iv) Banking & Sales Experience would be an added advantage

1. NHT/OJT Throughput & performance
2. Internal & External Call Calibration Session with effectiveness
3. Should aware about Trainer KRA and adherence
4. Refresher to the team members on the basis of performance
5. Ensure team members are informed on product updates for the process and ensure the same in cascaded among agents in every team
6. Daily Briefing on process updates/audit finding of Day-1
7. Preparing Quality Reports, Dashboards, and Review Presentations
