About the HR Business Partner Role…
This is a strategic, business-facing HR role supporting the HR & Operations Director to grow, develop, and elevate the SiteMinder Philippines office and our people. You’ll partner with teams and leaders across the business, providing HR strategy, advisory, and solutions that drive performance, engagement, and talent growth.
This role spans HR operations, employee relations, and benefits administration, but with a strong strategic focus on shaping culture, influencing leaders, and driving business outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What you’ll do…
Partner with teams and business leaders to align people strategy with business goals and drive performance, engagement, and culture initiatives
Provide timely HR advisory services across employee relations, performance
management, and organizational development
Lead complex employee relations, grievance, and capability cases with confidence,
professionalism, and compliance
Drive employee engagement programs that inspire teams and support a high-performance culture
Manage HR operations including benefits, HMO queries, and HR audits
Champion a feedback-rich, empowering culture, enabling others to take ownership of
initiatives and projects
Step in where needed to make a difference and support the team in achieving
business goals
What you have…
Experience in HR generalist or HR business partner roles, preferably in fast-paced,
high-growth, or global companies
Strong knowledge of HR strategy, employee relations, and performance
management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence to influence and
guide leaders
Resilient, adaptable, and autonomous, thriving in dynamic, high-performance
environments
Tech-savvy with HRMIS, payroll, and other platforms
