About The Role

We are looking for Dozer Operators at our Golden Ocala Golf Club / World Equestrian center.
Pay depends on experience

Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures
Ensure company equipment and materials are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner
Keep work area and equipment clean by collecting and disposing of trash and excess materials daily
Proactively communicate with foreman, superintendent, and coworkers
Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and the environment
Operate GPS-enabled dozers for digging, grading, trenching, and earthmoving tasks with precision
Utilize GPS technology to achieve accurate positioning and excavation control
Conduct routine maintenance checks and report equipment malfunctions
Collaborate with team members, including surveyors and supervisors, to ensure project efficiency
Maintain accurate records of work performed and adhere to safety protocols at all times
