  • Base Salary: $800 USD / Month (Fixed).
  • Performance Bonus: Up to $200 USD / Month.
  • Target Earnings: $1,000 USD / Month.

  • Leading Conversations: You’ll handle communications regarding software licensing and compliance cases via email, phone, and video.
  • Digging into Data: You’ll review case details, analyze the situation, and keep our CRM organized and up to date.
  • Finding Solutions: You will manage leads and use your negotiation skills to resolve compliance issues effectively.
  • Sharing Knowledge: You’ll help us document processes and create reports to make the team stronger.
  • 🎯 IS THIS YOU? (REQUIREMENTS)
  • Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or compliance.
  • Location: You are currently living in LATAM.
  • Language: You have excellent English skills (both written and spoken). You’ll be communicating with international partners, so fluency is key.
  • Tech Stack: You are comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and learning new CRM software.
  • Equipment (BYOD): As this is a contractor role, you must have your own reliable laptop/computer, a headset for calls, and a stable internet connection.
  • Personality: You are self-motivated, organized, and happy working independently in a remote environment.
