About The Role

The Quantum in Financial Services Innovation Project Manager is a new role within FinTech Scotland and represents an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of quantum technology applications in Financial Services. A short term engagement initially, this will develop plans for a multi-year, multi-stakeholder innovation lab to help bring together deep scientific research with real-world challenges and opportunities in fintech and Financial Services.

This post is 4 days per week (0.8 full-time equivalent or 28 hours per week), we welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time hours or flexible working patterns . We also support hybrid working on a non-contractual basis, offering a blend of home and on-site working to help you balance work and life effectively. This is a fixed term post until 31 st March 2027. It may be extended subject to funding.

The salary for this post is £60,000 to £74,000 per annum pro rata.

  • Leading innovation projects in frontier technologies.
  • Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments bringing different organisations and skill sets together
  • Financial services, professional services or fintech experience
