As a Lead Software Engineer, you will combine technical expertise with leadership capabilities to deliver high-quality software solutions using .NET and Angular technologies. You will play a key role in shaping technical direction, influencing architectural decisions, and ensuring engineering excellence across the software development lifecycle.

We are seeking a collaborative and hands-on leader who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, mentoring engineers, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver solutions that create measurable business value.

What You'll Do

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable software applications and services.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Drive engineering excellence through best practices in coding, testing, security, automation, and operational reliability.
Contribute to solution architecture and make informed technical decisions that support long-term platform scalability and maintainability.
Build high-quality applications using .NET, Angular, cloud-native technologies, and modern development frameworks.
Participate in hands-on development activities including coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Mentor and support engineers through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, innovation, and inclusion.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions that improve business outcomes.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve system performance, and enhance developer productivity.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in software engineering with expertise in .NET and Angular development.
Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership within a team.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
