As a Lead Software Engineer, you will combine technical expertise with leadership capabilities to deliver high-quality software solutions using .NET and Angular technologies. You will play a key role in shaping technical direction, influencing architectural decisions, and ensuring engineering excellence across the software development lifecycle.

We are seeking a collaborative and hands-on leader who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, mentoring engineers, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver solutions that create measurable business value.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable software applications and services.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Drive engineering excellence through best practices in coding, testing, security, automation, and operational reliability.
  • Contribute to solution architecture and make informed technical decisions that support long-term platform scalability and maintainability.
  • Build high-quality applications using .NET, Angular, cloud-native technologies, and modern development frameworks.
  • Participate in hands-on development activities including coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Mentor and support engineers through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, innovation, and inclusion.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions that improve business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve system performance, and enhance developer productivity.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in software engineering with expertise in .NET and Angular development.
  • Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership within a team.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
