About The Role

The Account Manager Apprentice will support the management and development of a portfolio of clients in France, contributing to revenue growth, client retention and customer engagement. Working closely with experienced Account Managers and internal stakeholders, you will gain exposure to the financial services industry while developing commercial, analytical and relationship management skills.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers in the management of a defined portfolio of accounts in France.
  • Develop an understanding of clients' business models, strategic objectives and workflows.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders and key decision makers.
  • Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of account plans aimed at supporting client retention and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including client interactions, pipeline updates and sales activities.
  • Support forecasting, reporting and commercial performance tracking activities.
  • Participate in customer meetings, reviews and business development initiatives.
  • Help coordinate internal resources including Customer Success, Customer Support, Proposition Sales and Product Specialists to deliver value to clients.
  • Conduct market and client research to identify potential commercial opportunities.
  • Assist with proposal preparation, contract renewals and customer engagement activities.
  • Support the organization of client events, webinars and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • You will pursue a Master degree at a Business School or University starting in September 2026, with an expected graduation date in 2028.
  • Strong interest in financial markets, financial technology and data solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Native or fluent French speaker with strong English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
  • Commercial mindset with an interest in sales, account management and customer success.
  • Previous internship or student experience in sales, consulting, finance, customer success or business development is a plus.
