About The Role
Introduction of the job
As the Planner & Integrator, you act as the Delivery Unit (DU) leader delegate, responsible for shaping and maintaining an integrated delivery plan that ensures coherent structure, sequencing, and execution across teams.
This role translates Delivery TL inputs into aligned planning assumptions, manages cross-team / sector dependencies and handovers, and proactively identifies delivery risks. By raising impediments, triggering timely escalations, and developing decision scenarios, the Planner & Integrator enables informed decision-making and safeguards delivery commitments in complex and dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for
- Setting up, orchestrating and integrating PGP deliverables (e.g., Bill of Materials, Bill of Process, software, final qualification of the module) for the delivery unit.
- Aligned, integrated and approved planning for the deliverables (Delivery Team deliverables and integration thereof into modules).
- Operational follow-up on cross-deliverables as per handshake by DU leader with other MDUs (module cross deliverables).
- Managing critical path, capacity and risk, and raising impediments.
- Support the creation and roll-out of new and updating processes to enable & grow the local business.
Delivery
- Integrates and safeguards the planning of all DU deliverables by aligning scope (including configuration management and tests for modules/subsystems), effort, and timing across teams. Identifies the critical path and risks and coordinates cross-DU dependencies with clear and committed deliverables from the Delivery Teams.
- Continuous availability of an up-to-date integration view of the roll up / integration of DU deliverables.
- Ensuring, together with DU architect, that committed DU deliverables are per-integrated and tested prior to delivery.
- Ensure timely delivery of cross DU dependencies and align with receiving sectors on engineering and
industrialization deliverables.
- Maintaining focus towards Product Team(s) for all DU sub-modules in support of DU Leader.
- Coaching DU members within the context of planning and integration, voicing the relevance of the dependencies
with other DUs.
- Timely escalating issues that might impact delivery of DU deliverables.
Education & experience
- Background as MSc or Bachelors in fields of Physics, Mechatronics, Electronics, SW engineering or Mechanics, preferably with experience in Semiconductor, Lithography and/or equipment building.
- Longer-term experience (4-7 years) (integration) project manager or people leader in a similarly technical industrial cross-cultural environment.

- Strong technical and product/module knowledge (incl. learnings from previous/similar products in the field), using data to evaluate options and ensure coherent integration across sub-modules.

- Ability to structure complex projects, e.g., sequencing, prioritization, dependencies, and integration.
- Clear, credible communication and leadership, guiding engineers and influencing stakeholders to drive decisions
and alignment.
- High adaptability in ambiguous environments, adjusting quickly to constraints, and applying structured problem solving.
