You will report directly to our Sr. Director of Data and Analytics, and you’ll work out of our Rosemont, IL location or Honeywell office on a Hybrid work schedule.

As a S4 Finance Costing team member here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and success of our company. You will impact on the financial performance and cost management of the Process Technologies division, contributing to strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

In this role, you'll be a key influencer in shaping the financial success of Honeywell. Your work will directly impact on our growth, profitability, and long-term financial health.

KEY RESPONSBILTIES

  • Support a large-scale SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative.
  • Coordinate data migration, testing, validation activities, and defect resolution across multiple implementation cycles.
  • Serve as a key gatekeeper prior to production deployment, ensuring accuracy and issue resolution.
  • Partner with global teams, corporate stakeholders, and external SAP implementation partners.
  • Support end-user training and adoption efforts to ensure successful transition from current-state processes to future-state capabilities.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple go-lives and significant project dependencies

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, Costing background is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Management Accounting is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting or related financial roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP/SAP S4 HANA systems relevant to cost accounting functions.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a manufacturing or process technology environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex cost data and provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

The annual base salary range for this position is $88,000 to $110,000 in Rosemont and Charlotte, and $101,200 to $151,800 in Houston and most major metropolitan areas. This salary information is intended as a general guideline. When determining compensation, Honeywell considers a variety of factors, including the position's scope and responsibilities, the candidate’s experience, education, training, skills, and current market and business conditions.
