About The Role

Strategic Business Planning and Performance Management

Develop and manage long-term business plans to support sustainable business growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align business objectives, priorities, and execution plans.
Monitor key business performance indicators, track progress against targets, and recommend actions to improve business results.
Analyze market trends, customer demand, and business performance data to support management decision-making.

Dashboard Development, Operations, and KPI Management

Plan, develop, maintain, and enhance business dashboards.
Track and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify performance gaps and business risks.
Drive improvement initiatives by leveraging dashboard insights to uncover business challenges and opportunities.
Promote the adoption and effective use of dashboards and analytics tools across the organization to enable data-driven decision-making.

【MUST】

Analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to identify issues and make logical, data-driven decisions.
Data aggregation, analysis, and reporting using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
Ability to identify business issues and propose improvements through KPI visualization and reporting.
Communication/Cordination skills across multiple functions and global teams.
Business-level English communication skills, including email/meetings with overseas stakeholders.

【WANT】

Experience with Power BI, MDP, SAP, or similar business intelligence and enterprise systems.
Experience development/maintain business dashboards.
Experience in KPI tracking and business management, including Funnel, DIN/DWIN, and Forecast analysis.
