
Teaching Assistant for Semester Project 1 Mechanical Engineering

About The Role
- We are seeking a qualified and motivated Teaching Assistant for Semester project 1 in mechanical engineering.
- The course runs in Fall 2026, and a succession for follow up courses in the spring semester 2027 can also be negotiated
The ideal candidate would have skills in the following domains
- Project management for mechanical engineering projects: Mechanical systems, hydraulics, project management tools
- Knowledge of mechanical components used in development projects, such as springs, bearings, belts, and others
- Ability to guide students in evaluating technologies for their projects
- General understanding of mechanical engineering topics, such as CAD, Finite Element, Fluid Mechanics and others.
In general teaching experience at university level is expected (Bachelor Level)
Responsibilities include preparation, executing and managing the courses, assisting students, and contributing to the overall learning environment.

Shortlisting may be used. Shortlisting is the term used for the process by which a smaller number of applicants are selected from the pool of applicants to undergo an academic assessment
Employment Conditions
The appointment will be made in accordance with the collective agreement between the Danish Ministry of Finance and the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC) for academics employed by the state, including the circular relating to the protocol on the job structure for academic staff at universities and the provisions applicable to Teaching Assistants, as described therein.
