Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
Manage branch staff performance, conduct training programs, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability
Drive customer service quality standards and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Monitor financial performance metrics, manage branch budgets, and optimize operational costs
Ensure adherence to risk management frameworks, anti-money laundering protocols, and internal control procedures
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for consumer banking products and services
Maintain branch infrastructure, security standards, and health & safety compliance
Liaise with regional and head office teams to implement strategic initiatives and best practices
Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally
Prepare regular reports on branch performance, staffing, and operational metrics

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related discipline
Proven track record in leading teams and managing branch-level operations
Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory compliance requirements
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and achieve business targets
Proficiency in banking systems and MS Office applications
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
