About the Role

Implement deal underwriting to deliver performances according to multiple objectives and ensure the entire process compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Participate in deal sourcing including client expansion, relationship maintenance and pipeline management.
  • Collect data & information, conduct deal-based due diligence & feasibility studies and draft relevant reports.
  • Communicate with corporate clients, banks, intermediary service provider and other relevant counterparties, and coordinate internal & external counterparties to review and provide opinions.
  • Participate in internal assessment and decision-making process.
  • Participate in negotiating key clauses of relevant contracts, promote the contract signing and product filing.
  • Participate in communication with external investors to facilitate product fundraising.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree and graduate from well-known domestic or oversea university. Major in Finance/Economy/Law/Accounting preferred.
  • Experience: At least 4-year experience of debt product investment or issuance management in IAMC, Trust company, Bank or relevant financial institutions.
  • Professional Qualification: CPA/CFA/Lawyer's license preferred.
  • Strong financial analysis, activity planning and written communication skills.
  • Accountable, efficient, focused, good team player and able to work under pressure.
