Key Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents in a courteous and professional manner
• Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages to residents in a timely and respectful way
• Ensure the dining area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables before and after meals
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment
• Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance residents’ dining experience

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous serving or food service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Compassionate and respectful attitude towards seniors
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and standards
