Your Role

In your daily job you will

Manage and monitor in-process quality performance for assigned production lines.
Analyze quality issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5 Why).
Monitor key quality indicators including defect rate, scrap, rework, and FPY.
Maintain and improve Control Plan, PFMEA, and inspection standards based on production quality issues.
Apply quality tools such as SPC and MSA to ensure process stability and measurement reliability.
Conduct process and product audits and follow up on identified quality issues.
Support quality validation for process changes and engineering changes.
Work closely with Production and Manufacturing Engineering teams to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with IATF 16949 and internal quality requirements.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience in manufacturing quality or process quality preferred.
Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, 8D, and 5 Why.
Understanding of IATF 16949 and automotive quality requirements preferred.
Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.
