YOUR NEW ROLE

The role has responsibility for the safe, secure and efficient operation of the Sydney Opera House loading dock and other storage and warehouse facilities. This role implements the policies and procedures for the Opera House Corporate Collections.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

To be successful in this role you would need to demonstrate

Proven experience managing operational service contracts, contractor performance and service delivery in complex, high-profile environments.
Strong capability in balancing customer service, security, safety, emergency management and business continuity requirements.
Experience developing operational procedures, driving continuous improvement and enhancing business processes and service outcomes.
Demonstrated expertise in inventory, asset and collections management, including stock control, asset tracking, auditing, storage, preservation and relevant systems (e.g. Argus).
Highly developed stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use operational data to inform planning, decision-making and service improvements.
Proven leadership experience, including leading teams through change, fostering a positive safety culture, prioritising under pressure and delivering high-performance outcomes.
