About The Role

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Product Owner who can translate business outcomes into well-prioritized backlog and work closely with engineering to deliver measurable value. This role owns execution and product decisions at the squad level .

Key Responsibilities

Own and Translate product vision and stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and accept completed work
Make trade-off decisions across scope, timelines, and quality
Partner with Engineering, Design, and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment
Track delivery outcomes using basic product metrics (adoption, usage, defects, cycle time)

What You Bring

6–10 years of experience in Product Owner / Product Analyst / Agile Product roles
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum and backlog management practices
Proven ability to work with engineering teams on complex systems
Sharp prioritization and decision-making skills
Excellent communication—clear, concise, and outcome-focused
