JUNIOR ASSOICATE – FINANCE OPERATIONS

Job Description

  • Process customer, intercompany, and other receipts accurately and on time in the ERP system.
  • Verify payments against invoices, bank records, and supporting documents.
  • Perform daily/monthly receipt reconciliations and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Handle and resolve receipting queries with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal controls, audit requirements, and SLAs.
  • Perform intercompany invoice settlements, including reconciliation and ERP processing.
  • Prepare and maintain Principal reports in line with reporting requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or part-qualified in CIMA, CA, ACCA, CMA, AAT or a degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum of 6 passes at GCE O/L, including a Credit (C) in Mathematics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when required.

Additional Information

Work Schedule: Work will follow the Maldives calendar, with working hours from Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The position allows up to four (4) days of work from home per week.
