We are looking for

Quality Management System Engineer

at our location in One Mobility Morocco - in Tangier, Morocco

Your tasks

  • Ensure that all Quality Management System related activities on plant level meet the requirements of Automotive Standards and work with global defined standards and processes
  • Act as an entrusted partner inside the company matrix and towards central quality of the One Mobility Group
  • Ensure communication between the local and global to ensure information and best practice sharing
  • Moderate interdisciplinary teams
  • Support global strategy out of daily business with future business demands and industry standards
  • Take leadership in quality programs to develop the organization towards industry benchmark
  • Give feedback to quality based on numbers, data and facts
  • Take and Act on feedback based on numbers, datas and facts

Principal activities

  • Leads all Quality Management Systems activities within the plant according to IATF 16949
  • Supervise and lead the quality management system on local level, escalates deviations to the Head of Global QMS and Plant Quality Manager
  • Drives local implementation of global standards within the Quality Management System
  • Takes the lead to systematically sharing the information such as Lessons Learned, Audit deviations, best practices between local and global
  • Supports the communication of local and global requirements regarding key performance indicators and customer satisfaction
  • Perform internal IATF16949 audits and follow up
  • Responsible to ensure that controlled documents are being kept up to date
  • Support the standardization of reporting within IQS
  • Supports the planning and execution of IATF 16949 audits in the plant
  • Informs the organisation about changes within the quality management handbook
  • Responsible to deliver action plans and timely closed counter measures within action plan to internal and external system auditors, escalates deviations to Head of Global QMS
  • Supports the lessons learned transfer out of system audits
  • Train teams for quality mindset and applications
  • Perform process audits according to VDA 6.3
  • Support customer VDA 6.3 audits when needed
