Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Infopro Learning is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Noida. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for global Learning & Development, consulting, and corporate functions while partnering closely with business leaders to drive strategic hiring initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding
• Drive hiring across global Learning & Development, consulting, and corporate functions
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals, vendor partnerships, and networking channels
• Conduct recruiter screenings and initial candidate evaluations
• Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, offer discussions, and hiring closures
• Build and maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring reports, including metrics such as TAT, pipeline health, conversion rates, and offer-to-join ratios
• Ensure strong communication and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to AI-enabled recruiting and sourcing practices
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
