Why Join

Join OCBC's Information Security & Digital Risk Management team to help transform Data Loss Monitoring (DLM) through AI, automation and advanced analytics. You will design and build innovative solutions that improve monitoring effectiveness, reduce manual effort and enhance the protection of sensitive information.

How you succeed

Translate security and data requirements into practical AI, automation and analytics solutions within a regulated banking environment.

  • Design and deliver AI-powered workflows and automation to support DLM operations.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and tools for effective monitoring.
  • Drive innovation through rapid prototyping, experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, model risk and Responsible AI requirements.
  • What you do
  • AI & Automation
  • Design and develop AI-powered workflows and automation solutions to improve DLM operations.
  • Build AI agents and decision-support capabilities to support alert triage and investigations.
  • Develop workflow automation for case management, reporting and operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through intelligent automation.

Data Analytics & Engineering

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines supporting DLM analytics and reporting.
  • Build dashboards and visualisations to generate risk insights and operational metrics.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns and emerging risks.
  • Develop automation and prototypes using Python and related technologies.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Technology and Business stakeholders.
  • Gather requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
  • Present findings, recommendations and solution outcomes to stakeholders.

Who you are

  • At least 3 years of experience in data security, preferably in a banking environment.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of data protection regulations and standards, such as GDPR and PCI-DSS.
  • Experience with data loss prevention tools and technologies, such as DLP software and encryption.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
