Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to define, design, and govern scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, and enterprise architects to ensure successful solution delivery while driving technology transformation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Define end-to-end solution architecture, including application, integration, data, cloud, and security architecture.
Create architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical roadmaps.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams.
Drive design reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during planning, development, testing, and deployment phases.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.
Ensure solution scalability, performance, reliability, availability, and security.
Support cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.
Mentor technical leads and engineers on architecture best practices.
Participate in customer discussions, proposal reviews, and pre-sales activities when required.

Leadership Responsibilities

Lead architecture governance and design reviews.
Guide development teams on technical solutions and implementation approaches.
Drive innovation and adoption of modern engineering practices.

Mentor architects, technical leads, and senior engineers.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in an architecture role.
Strong experience designing enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
Expertise in cloud-native architecture and microservices.
Strong understanding of system integration and API-led architecture.
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

TOGAF, Azure Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or GCP Architect certifications.
Experience in Retail, E-Commerce, Banking, Supply Chain, or Healthcare domains.
Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI architectures.
Experience with Event Streaming platforms such as Kafka.
Knowledge of data architecture and analytics platforms.
