About The Role
Location: Brno, Czech Republic Work model: hybrid (3days in the office) Salary: CZK 589,100 – CZK 736,400 per annum Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering high-quality documentation? Join SPX FLOW as a Documentation Specialist and play a key role in ensuring technical project documentation is complete, compliant, and delivered to the highest standards. What You'll Be Doing: Collect, review, and compile technical project documentation in line with internal processes, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. Prepare and maintain Technical Files and customer documentation packages. Collaborate with Engineers, Supply Chain, Regulatory Advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance. Review, organize, and upload documentation within SharePoint following governance standards. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready. Monitor project progress, timelines, and documentation status, proactively identifying and escalating risks where necessary. Maintain project tracking tools and provide regular progress updates. What We're Looking For: Essential Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Strong English communication skills. Experience in documentation, engineering, manufacturing, compliance, or project support environments. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint. Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to work. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment. Preferred Experience with technical files , compliance documentation, or document management systems. Knowledge of Machinery Directive, CE marking, or similar regulatory frameworks.
