Your role

As Benefits Manager, you’ll oversee the strategy, administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of our global benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, disability, and leave programs.

You’ll partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, brokers, and vendors to ensure our programs remain competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and team member-focused.

What you’ll do

Lead benefits strategy, benchmarking, renewals, and program enhancements across the U.S., Canada, and UK

Oversee day-to-day administration of health, welfare, retirement, leave, and ancillary benefits

Manage annual open enrollment, vendor coordination, audits, communications, and Workday integrations

Serve as the primary contact for brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators

Maintain compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and applicable Canadian and UK regulations

Analyze utilization and cost trends to drive data-based recommendations and cost optimization

Improve processes, reporting, team member communications, and self-service tools

Support team member by resolving complex benefits and leave questions

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

5–8+ years of benefits administration or total rewards experience

Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and leave administration

Experience supporting Canadian and/or UK benefits programs preferred

Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms

Strong analytical, vendor management, and communication skills
