Key Responsibilities

Promptly assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with urgent medical conditions
Perform life-saving procedures and interventions as necessary
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including nursing and specialist staff
Use advanced diagnostic tools to guide clinical decisions
Maintain thorough and accurate patient records and documentation
Participate in quality improvement and departmental clinical audits
Provide education and clear communication to patients and families about emergency care

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
Completed residency in Emergency Medicine recognized by relevant accreditation bodies
Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
Valid medical license to practice in the UAE or eligibility to obtain one
Prior experience in emergency medicine is highly preferred
Excellent clinical judgment and ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Demonstrated commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
