About The Role

Talentspoc is seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant / Specialist Endocrinologist to join a reputable healthcare institution in the UAE.

The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders and will provide compassionate, evidence-based, and comprehensive care to patients.

They will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including diabetologists, internists, dietitians, surgeons, nephrologists, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed clinical assessments and consultations for endocrine disorders.
Diagnose and manage conditions such as diabetes mellitus, thyroid diseases, adrenal disorders, pituitary diseases, and metabolic bone disorders.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical examination and diagnostic results.
Interpret laboratory tests and imaging relevant to endocrine function.
Manage complex patients involving multiple endocrine systems.
Provide ongoing patient education, counseling, and support for chronic endocrine conditions.
Coordinate multidisciplinary care with other specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust therapy accordingly.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous professional development activities.

Requirements

MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
Postgraduate qualification in Endocrinology or related specialty.
Relevant clinical experience post-specialization in endocrinology.
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in managing endocrine and metabolic diseases.
Experience in diabetes management, thyroid disorders, and hormonal therapies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
