Specialist Orthodontist

About The Role
Talentspoc is seeking a passionate and experienced Specialist Orthodontist to join our dedicated dental care team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, planning, and executing orthodontic treatments that help patients achieve optimal oral health and beautiful smiles. Working within a modern and supportive environment, you will leverage your expertise to deliver personalized care and innovative treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive orthodontic assessments and diagnostics, including radiographs and clinical examinations
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs using braces, aligners, and other orthodontic appliances
- Manage ongoing patient care, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans to ensure successful outcomes
- Educate patients and guardians on treatment procedures, oral hygiene, and maintenance
- Work collaboratively with dental and healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Stay updated on the latest orthodontic research and advancements to enhance treatment approaches
Requirements
- Dentistry degree (DDS or DMD) with recognized specialization in Orthodontics
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Specialist Orthodontist
- Strong knowledge of current orthodontic techniques, tools, and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members
- Detail-oriented with excellent clinical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in the use of orthodontic software and digital imaging tools
- Commitment to continuous professional development and patient-centered care
