Waiter/Waitress - The Fiction Hotel

The Fiction Hotel , a luxury boutique hotel in Marousi, is looking for a passionate and service-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join our team.

We are looking for a hospitality professional who is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, has a genuine passion for food and beverage and enjoys working in a refined, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding the menu, beverages, and daily offerings.
• Ensure the restaurant and service areas are consistently clean, organized, and well presented.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest requests and feedback with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Follow hotel standards, service procedures, hygiene regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Support the team in delivering a consistently high level of luxury hospitality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a waiter/waitress or similar F&B position, preferably in a 4*/5* hotel, luxury restaurant, or boutique hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts & weekends
