About The Role

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facility equipment and infrastructure.
Monitor, inspect, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and utility systems to ensure operational reliability.
Support production operations by responding promptly to facility-related issues and service requests.
Maintain facility spare parts, tools, and maintenance records in accordance with company procedures.
Monitor energy consumption, perform root-cause analysis of abnormal conditions, and support energy reduction initiatives.
Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, PPE standards, and safe work practices.
Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other applicable management system requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment across all assigned areas.
Participate in emergency response and support 24/7 manufacturing operations as required.

Education & Experience

A t least 3 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance facilities system such as HVAC, Physical Building, Low Voltage electric, Exhaust, Ventilation systems, Air compressor, DI water, Vacuum systems .
Vocational Intermediate Level or College Degree in Electrical / Electronics/Mechatronics or relevant specializations

Skills

Experience in electronics, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of energy-saving projects and continuous improvement methodologies.
Emergency response experience.
Experience supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations

Working Conditions

Exposure to a variety of compounds, solvents and chemicals. Works in standard office/manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

Primarily works in manufacturing, utility, and facility areas with exposure to noise, heat, moving equipment, electrical systems, and industrial environments while following all company safety procedures and EHS requirement

Safety Requirements

All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp. Corporate EHS standards.
