  • Conduct daily inventory scans and stock audits, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Update and maintain inventory records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Liaise with the warehouse team to locate and retrieve stock for auditing, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Generate insightful inventory reports, providing valuable insights to management for informed decision-making.
  • Assist in implementing robust inventory control measures, enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of inventory management.
  • Work closely with the procurement team to reconcile stock levels and orders, optimizing inventory turnover.
  • Provide support during physical inventory counts and cycle counts, ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, continuously improving inventory scanning and management practices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications in logistics or inventory management preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of inventory practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, ensuring reliable inventory records.
  • Excellent organizational skills, enabling effective management of multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel, facilitating efficient data management.
  • Ability to work independently, making sound decisions to resolve inventory-related issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with team members.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to changing work timings and locations.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including late nights, and travel to different locations as required.
  • A proactive and analytical mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to improve inventory processes.
