BI Analyst (Winning Form)

The Business Intelligence Analyst transforms operational, financial and performance data into reliable reporting, meaningful insight and actionable business information across the operational business units supported by Winning Form Operations. The role works across the complete data-to-decision lifecycle, from understanding business requirements and assessing source data to extracting, transforming, modelling, validating and presenting information. It combines business analysis and stakeholder engagement with hands-on delivery across Power BI, SQL, advanced Excel, ETL/ELT, Python or equivalent scripting, API integration, data quality and operational reporting. The position maintains business-critical reporting continuity while improving the scalability, control, efficiency and maintainability of the reporting environment.
