Support Audit Operations Coordination – Assist in scheduling and preparing certification audits across multiple standards. Data Management – Maintain and update large databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies. Stakeholder Communication – Collaborate with auditors, clients, and internal teams to support certification processes. Report Preparation – Generate metrics and performance reports using Excel and Power BI. Process Documentation – Assist in drafting and organizing documentation required for certification schemes. Customer Support – Provide professional responses to client inquiries and support resolution of certification-related issues. Continuous Learning

Intermediate–Advanced English – Strong written and verbal communication skills. Final-year or Graduate Student – Degree completed or currently in the last semester of studies.
