F&I Senior Representative

Responsible for driving the performance and development of Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations across the dealer network by delivering training programs, coaching F&I Managers, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing improvement initiatives. This role partners with dealership leadership to enhance sales, compliance, and customer experience while supporting strategic F&I projects and talent selection efforts. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the automotive and financial services industries in Mexico, excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities. This position requires a highly self-directed professional with advanced MS Office skills and extensive travel availability to support dealerships nationwide.
