Job Title: French & English Sales Consultant (Retail Campaign)

Description

• We are recruiting a French & English speaking Sales Consultant to join an international retail sales campaign based in Umhlanga, Durban, South Africa.
• You will be responsible for engaging customers, promoting retail products, and driving sales through excellent communication and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales interactions in French and English
• Promote and upsell retail products and services
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability
• Convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales
• Manage objections and close sales effectively
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Work towards performance KPIs

Requirements

• French (B2–C2 level), spoken and written
• Strong English communication skills
• Matric / Grade 12 required
• Sales or call centre experience advantageous
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven mindset
• Ability to work shifts
