Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist

About The Role
This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions.
The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #3435, located at: 1975 McDowell Road/Route 59 Naperville, IL 60563. They will also be expected to spend 20% of their time assisting with covering hours at the following locations: Aurora Fox Valley Store 2248, Lisle Store 3397, and Naperville South 3119.
