About The Role

As a Quality Analyst, you'll be an integral part of our B2B Portals team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the overall performance and user experience of our portals. Your primary tasks will involve designing intuitive portal pages, extracting and analyzing critical data from various databases, and writing efficient SQL queries to automate data extraction processes. Additionally, you'll play a key role in testing and validating change requests, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards and business requirements. Your collaboration with the business team will be vital in understanding their needs and providing effective solutions. This role also entails handling and prioritizing tickets, addressing critical issues promptly, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all portal-related processes.

Design and develop user-friendly portal pages, ensuring optimal functionality and a seamless user experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar quality analyst role, preferably within a B2B environment.
Strong SQL skills and extensive experience with database management systems are essential.
Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
