Job Description

The Consultant, People & Corporate Services Analytics will be responsible for supporting both global and regional teams in articulating people & corporate services impact and insights using data-driven decision making with expertise in data analysis and visualization. This individual will play a crucial role in data governance and process management and contribute to people & corporate services data experience.

Responsibilities

Data, Analytics, and Partnership

• High partnership mindset – this role is client-facing and requires the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and provide insights that are clear and digestible to help inform executive-level decisions on people and corporate services.
• Be an out-of-the-box thinker who is passionate about brainstorming and implementing innovative ways to use data to answer business problems.
• Extract and understand data to form an opinion on how to best help and derive relevant insights for our stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet these needs in people & corporate services domains.
• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging people & corporate services data to drive business solutions.
• Provide analytical and technical support to internal stakeholders and deliver SME training.

Visualization, Reporting, and Automation

• Leverage advanced visualization and automation tools including Power BI and Claude Code to create insightful dashboards and reporting.
• Advanced excel knowledge.
• Develop visualizations to make complex analyses accessible to a broad audience.
• Create and maintain project documentation.

Data Engineering

• Utilize and advise on further development of data warehouse from several primary and secondary data sources, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Use SQL and/or Python for data analysis and manipulation, and to automate tasks where necessary.
• Implement and oversee data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and security.
• Perform quality assurance on data and deliverables.
• Design and manage data processes, from data collection and storage to analysis and reporting.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in advanced visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Demonstrable programming ability in different languages (SQL/Python) and vibe coding with artificial intelligence (Claude Code).
• Experience with data governance and process management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrable experience with HR and/or corporate services data preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
• Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic and flexible style, with the ability to tailor data driven results to various audience levels
• Able to work unsupervised and efficiently whilst designing, implementing and documenting own processes to ensure high quality work
• Detailed oriented, expected to ensure highest level of quality / rigor in reports & data analysis
• Exhibit intellectual curiosity and strive to continually learn
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to think quickly.
• Strong English Language verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required (Spanish is also a plus!)
