As a Senior Project Administrator , you will serve as a key operational partner to project teams while helping create a welcoming, professional, and efficient workplace environment. Acting as both a trusted administrative resource and a central point of contact for employees, clients, candidates, and business partners, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating project activities, managing office services, and enhancing the overall employee and client experience.

Your Impact
- Provide an exceptional first impression by welcoming visitors, clients, and candidates while representing WSP’s culture and values.
- Coordinate administrative support across multiple projects, including documentation management, reporting, scheduling, invoicing assistance, and deliverable tracking.
- Manage workplace and office operations, ensuring efficient coordination of facilities, meeting spaces, suppliers, and office resources.
- Support project managers and business leaders through the preparation of reports, presentations, correspondence, and project documentation.
- Facilitate onboarding activities and candidate visits in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and business leaders.
- Monitor administrative and project-related activities to help ensure deadlines, reporting requirements, and business processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Build collaborative relationships across teams while providing proactive support that enables successful project delivery and positive client outcomes.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve administrative processes, workplace experience, and operational effectiveness.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- 7+ years of experience in project administration, office management, executive support, operational coordination, or a similar professional environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing workplace operations, reception services, facilities coordination, or front-of-house responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of project administration practices, including documentation control, reporting, scheduling, invoicing support, and stakeholder coordination.
- Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with employees, executives, clients, vendors, and candidates.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential business and employee information.
- Experience within engineering consulting, architecture, construction, professional services, or project-based organizations is considered an asset.

Compensation
- AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $60,100 – $79,600
- MB & ON: $54,800 – $75,400
- NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $54,200 – $72,000
